Oh, my goodness! What did Chesty do when you put it on her the first time? That is so cute! How long did it take you to knit it? Did you use a pattern?
LOL Mary...that picture makes me giggle...your puppy will NEED that sweater in MN! ;-)
The house block quilt is not sashed on the sides, but it's a row quilt with tree blocks as well that there is a sashing strip to separate the rows. I have 5 more sets of 6 to make of the houses...not sure of the size...I might not mamke it as large as it is supposed to be...we'll see!

very sweet! I wore the sweater I knitted for the first time today-no comments from anyone LOL.
He is so cute! Does he accept wearing the sweater?
Looking very stylish there in black! You did a great job with the sweater, was it hard to make?

Congratulations! The dog seems to like it. =)
how clever of you! It really looks good on your dog.
He's such a cutie, and so good to wear a new sweater without trying to scratch it off or something! Does he have a wardrobe for all seasons?
That's a very cute dog and a great sweater.
great first sweater- and what a cute model!
He looks like he enjoys his new sweater! Just perfect for those cold Minneapolis winters!

Very cute - great job! My sister has a Shitzu that she keeps clipped very short and she has been wearing her sweater lately on cooler mornings!
Cheers!
