Mom's quilt

I finished the quilting on Mom's Block of the Month quilt. I quilted a pantograph called Popcorn - I think it looks like clouds and it suits this house quilt.

This quilt is so cute! I just love it! What type of applique did your Mom do--needleturn or fusible web or? Did you stitch over the applique?

I love your blog and am so inspired by your Block of the Month quilt. I haven't done an applique quilt yet. It scares the daylights out of me. But I do love quilting so you may have inspired me!

Your mom does beautiful work. The quilt is extraordinary.

Chesty looks very comfy in his window seat. He must have had a hard day too.

Isn't it fun to meet fellow quilters? It's been many years since I've been to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.

What a fantastic quilt. Is it appliqued or paper pieced? I am very impressed.

That's a neat quilt and popcorn was the perfect panto for it. Has your mom seen it yet? I know she's going to love it! Is she going to keep this one?

Mary,
I love this BOM, where did your Mom get the pattern? I'm a realtor and I've been wanting to do a house quilt for my office and this one is adorable.
