Living in Minneapolis with a great view from all my windows
A walk in the park with Chesty
A beautiful fountain in the park
Getting an email from Keith saying he's getting on the plane and heading home after being gone 3 days
Having the luxury of sewing all day- any day - because I don't have to work
Dancing around my sewing room with no one but Chesty watching
Finishing the blocks for another HeartStrings quilt
A glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the park before dinner
Sometimes I forget how wonderful my life is.....I hope your day was just as great!

You're just going to have to slow down. Chesty is looking so stressed! :)

Ahh yes, I well relate to that one. :) And while we're on that subject, my husband is also very happy to be off for the summer too. :)
Is it Paradise or is it Minneapolis... sounds like a girl having her cake AND eating it too...
The coolest part is that you appreciate it...
Oh what a lovely post! Sounds just how I feel about my life at present.
So luxurious to be able to sew whenever I get the urge.
Your Heartstrings quilt is so vibrant!
What....no quilt on the balcony??? We are so used to see a quilt there LOL
Sounds like a great and wonderful day.
What a day! It's always good a good feeling to remember how lucky we are. Love your heartstrings quilt - I'm going to try out some strings soon!
Thanks for reminding us that the little things can make life wonderful! Love the new blocks - another great quilt in the making :)
Definitely a fun post! My little Snoopy gets on his hind legs and we do lots of dancing together. :c) Thanks for the reminder to count our blessings.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH Bliss! :-)
Oh, such bliss. Love the new/old quilt top. It's lovely!
You know, that view from the balcony overlooking the park is almost identical to one I had at the Intercontinental Hotel in The Plaza district in Kansas City. I had to do a double-take.
Your Amish Stripes quilt is coming along great. Thanks for sharing your progress.
