Amazon Prime

I'm home from Virginia and found multiple packages from Amazon.com waiting for me. In addition to the GPS system from Garmin, all these books were waiting (and I still have a couple coming).

Just before leaving for Mom's, I signed up for Amazon Prime. I pay an annual fee of $79 and I get two day shipping with no additional charges. It's a great deal for me and rather than waiting to order several books, I just order them as I want.

My flights weren't too bad - only an hour delay coming out of Atlanta but I just qualified for Silver Medallion status with Delta so I was upgraded to business class for the Atlanta to Minneapolis leg!

Is the $79.00 for all shipping or just for the 2 day service for a year?

Can you spread those books out some so we can read all of the titles? :-)

OMGosh! You DO have books piling up. I have Collaborative Quilting - just love it, the colors are so exciting - I don't care if I NEVER make one of those quilts - it's so fun to enjoy!

Now that you've shown the world your embroidery books, we are going to expect some stitchery of some sort. 8-)

What fun!

ooh, I'm jealous of the Stuart McBride - I'm waiting for that to come out in paperback. Will be interested to read what you think of Collaborative Quilting.

Look at Page 36 of the One-Patch Scrap Quilts by Pat Yamin. My friend, Carolyn Barnett, made that Mini-Windmill. Carolyn only lives two or three miles from me. It's an awesome quilt.

Good stack of books you have there!
