I think I'll go the low tech way and add links in my sidebar to anyone who wants to join in. Email me your blog address if you want to play along.
I'll start today with my goal which is very modest - I want to lose 10 pounds so I don't have to buy all new pants in a larger size. I'll try to accomplish this by doing the following:
- Joining WW online and using the Flex Plan
- Trying to exercise - walk or bike - 30 minutes to 1 hour a minimum of 5 days per week
- Drink 64 oz of water each day
- Update the results here on my blog on a weekly basis.
