Mac and cheese must be the food of the day! My DD taught my sister how to make it today too! Sounds like you had a day full of wonderful!

Sounds like a wonderful, rejuvenating kind of day! My husband came up with a mac and cheese recipe once out of necessity. We call it mexi-mac and cheese. Change the cheese to tillamook pepper jack and add chopped jalepeno and mexican style stewed tomatoes...my favorite mac and cheese. Yum!
