I got a late start today but have been working this afternoon and will get back to work after dinner on these twisted Happy Blocks for our HeartStrings New Year's Party.

See my new pincushion? A gift from
Deb.

And here are the twisted blocks that have already been made....there are 34 of the 48 I need done.

I like the twisted ones too!
Happy New Year to you, Mary. I look forward to seeing what you are doing all through 2009. Your inspiration helps to keep me motivated!
Being a traditional in *color choice* quilter, I tend to purchase the Repros and Civil Wars, but OH BOY I LOVE THE BRIGHTNESS of your *Twisted Blocks*, I may soon be converted LOL! My *DGD* Mickey has looked at your pattern and the colors and has already called me to ask "did I see your latest"...YES I HAVE! Mary you give us so many great and creative ideas, THANK YOU!
It's looking good!
That is going to be one happy quilt! I guess that's where the name comes from. :) Cute pincushion too!
I really like this quilt. I printed off the instructions but would Like to make one for Project Linus, Or would it strictly be for the Heartstrings project.
