Cutting is a chore that I do not enjoy. Want to visit Wyoming and do some cutting for me?
The fabrics are so appealing. What pattern is your Mom using for this one?
Being the good daughter that you are, not only cut the fabric, but neatly bagged them too! I love the fabrics...I beleive they came from my stash ;>D!!
We knoooowwwww, "Mary is the best daughter", blah, blah, blah.....
yeah yeah, she's the "good" one. Have you cut fabric for her with your new 'go' cutter?? I ordered the studio today...only because of the applique pieces. Did Adam get there??
heard about the snow/ice in GA from my sis-hope Adam made it-so nice to cut fabric for your mom
I am so jealous of your GO. I have been cutting squares for three rag quilts and really wished I had one.
Cracking up over the "good daughter" comments! :) Did you have to cut the pieces the old fashioned way, with a rotary cutter? ;)
Looks like 30's to me...I'm curious to see what she does with them also. Keep us posted.
Did you take your new cutter with you to show your mom?I suppose she will then send it to you to quilt?Looks vintage to me!
Do you want to swing by maryland on your way home and cut out a couple of quilts for me!!Kathie
Well you're the best EVER!!!
Very pretty fabrics...such a good daughter!
Wow. You are a good daughter! (Not just like a good daughter!)
I want to know too? Did you travel with your new cutter and cut the strips with it?Carolyn in NC
I bet she did it with that new cutter: She's already cut so much at home she's behind on her sewing! :) LOL!!! Regardless of how much you enjoyed it, it was still awfully nice of you! :)Loving my new Kindle, btw. It sits nicely on the elliptical when I am exercising on it! Enjoy your visit with your mom, and let's hear more about the GO Cutter.Btw, your sister's doing some amazing stuff, too--love the flamingos! :) Your mom's lucky to have such talented daughters!Cecile
I love to cut! I think it's the most favorite part of the quilt, next to finishing the binding. As long as someone else does the math stuff, I suck at math.
Looks yummy! You are a wonderful daughter!I wouldn't just cut fabric for anyone!
