Freemotion embroidery?

Does anyone do any of this on their sewing machines? I thought I'd
give it a try for the tree on my April postcard. I'm not unhappy with
this at all and will probably try it on other postcards. Still plenty
of beading left to do but I'm going to stop for the night.

Can you guess my favorite city to visit in Spring?

Very pretty! Is that with your new machine? And are those marbled or batik fabrics?? Hope you're feeling better soon.

Nice job on the FM embroidery. Did you use your regular machine or the big quilting one?

I think the free motion embroidery looks great! Those pink beads look like cherry blossoms to me so I'd have to guess your favorite city to visit in the spring is Washington DC....It's almost Cherry Blossom Festival time.....

Is it Paris? No, not Paris. Is it Washington? No, I don't think so...I think it would fair to guess Dublin, in the spring, don't you know...

DC? Looks good. I didn't realize the tree was embroidered until I clicked on the pic. Nice job.

I took a class with Dottie Moore, and she taught us to do FM trees upside down. I'll have to try it again.

DC is gorgeous in spring. Here is Augusta the wild wisteria and dogowoods are in bloom. Starting to look a lot like spring!

I think it's GREAT...trees aren't perfect and yours has that gnarly look to it! GORGEOUS...I'd also have to DC with the cherry blossoms in full bloom due to your pink beads???

Hi MAry, Ive been away - housesitting for daughter - back now and catching up with all the Blogs. I do trees ever such a lot, I love FME, it lends itself to trees and leaves so much. The card I did for you was done FME style. Love the way you are putting the beads on your card, sometimes I am lazy and use the Crystals. ho hum. Hope you are better now, sorry you were unwell.
