I'm busy working

I got this HeartStrings QOV bound. Sent to me by San (Gypsy Quilter) to finish and donate to Alycia's QOV project.....it's the 2nd of 3 I'm trying to finish and get to Alycia by the end of April.

And an update on my Boxed Squares for Adam. This quilt will be bigger than my design wall so I'm trying to get a 12x12 block section up and then will add the last 3 rows after this is assembled.

Each time I go up the stairs, I stop and move blocks around a bit so it's not the final layout. Good thing Keith doesn't mind the design wall sitting out in the hallway.

I really love your progress on the boxed squares quilt. Those punches of red are just the ticket!

I get the feeling that keith doesn't mind much of anything that you do as long as you are near by!

The boxed squares quilt is looking great. Nice picture there- I think maybe the light gives us a truer picture of the colors? Love those red punches. And, you have to love a guy who thinks the quilting things we have all over the place is 'normal'. Supportive men-- they are the best.

It's looking good!...Don doesn't mind one bit if I'm taking over the entire house...just a s long as I'm here with him...gotta love that! Keith knows how important this is to you, and he's happy when you are. Of course, you spend the time with him too to let him know he is important to you too. Makes all the difference!

I'm taking a QOV to retreat to finish the binding. When my serger comes back from the spa next week I'll make a case for it too.

I love Adam's quilt.

My husband is the same! He puts up with the sewing machine and ironing board in the kitchen and the cutting table in the dining room!

You are simply a wonder at getting all those quilts done!

The box quilt is loooking great. I often find it helpful to take a photo and look at it - since we dont have much space in our house to llok at a project from a distance.

Like the additional greens and the orangey-red. They really pop!
