Top finished


I finished the butterfly top tonight. It looks much better with the borders. It sat unfinished for months because I didn't like how it was turning out but now it's not so bad and will make a nice charity quilt.

Here's the picture I posted the other day of it without borders.

Ah, lovely quilt.... I hadn't thought about the pieced border, but it really adds to the top!

Oh, Mary! I just love it. I sure wish I could coordinate colors like that. It is really great and I just can't believe what a difference the borders made. Beautiful!!
