- Exercise minimum goal met - barely
- Still not back to drinking my 64 oz of water daily - once I got out of the habit it's been hard to get back into it. I usually manage between 32 - 48 oz.

Mary--Congrats...that's more than l lbs. per week! A very healthy weight drop (meaning you have a better chance in keeping it off!!!) Huzzah for you!!!
