Another binding finished

And another top pieced by Barbara in Florida. I quilted this one in November too and now it's bound and labeled.

Can you see the quilted flowers? These were freehand quilted - from the Pajama Quilter DVD. I really need to watch the DVD again and choose another design to practice. Wonky Feathers, these flowers, and dwirling variations have been my favorites so far. You can click the photo for a larger view.

I don't know if you've notice but I'm completely on a night schedule (again). It's 6:15AM and I'm getting ready to head to bed in a little while (yes, I've been up all night). Quilting is on today's agenda when I get up this afternoon.

WOW! I was up before you went to bed. Love the flowers . . I need to try those. For what it's worth, I never notice that you're using the same quilting designs. They always look so nice.

That's a very pretty quilt! I can't believe your sleep schedule. That would make me totally insane. Aside from occasional insomnia, I am grateful for my need to sleep 8 hours every night.

Thanks to you I just bought the PJ quilter. Maybe you could work out a commission. I'm just starting long arming and keep studying you quilting. Good work.

Your quilting is always beautiful. I noticed that this quilt is put together differently. It doesn't have all the small strips turned to the inside of each block. Looks great.
I think if I were left on my own my sleep schedule might change. I love working at night.

Mmm, I was up till 6:30 a.m. on New Year's Day before I went to bed. And the next night was just about as bad. Unfortunately, I have to go to work for 8:30 now so I don't dare stay up all night! When I retire, I'm sure I'll be turning day into night! (for one thing, there's better tv as a background to my quilting!!!)

What color of thread did you use on this pretty quilt? I love the quilting!

Did you do shift work when you worked as an RN? My sisters all have your night owl tendencies but I think I missed that gene. I need my 8 hours! The quilt looks great...fun quilting design.

I'm by nature a night owl also. My ideal schedule, body clock wise, is to get up about 10 am and go to bed about 3am. I am trying to force myself to switch into a "normal" schedule but I find myself dragging and foggy until afternoon. You are SO productive, I aspire to be this productive. My productivity comes in spurts, then not much happens for a while.
